I was struggling to locate an app with a clear and consistent sounds. The voice used on this app is Exceptional. As an English speaker, the romanisation is limited to learning the sounds and also includes detail references to to merged sounds. I'm learning new words and having fun. Very happy to purchase the full app.
Simple, yet effective. The app did its job but if I were to really scrutinize it I would make a few adjustments to the app. For one be consistent with the Roman alphabet displayed at the bottom since it was helpful, however, halfway through the lessons it disappeared; to make the app even easier to use I would also suggest adding to the homepage a guide as to what each lesson was about which would make it easier to find and review certain lessons I didn't quite grasp; at times it was also hard to discern the subtle differences in pronunciation between characters so perhaps some elaboration on those aforementioned differences could be made. Overall, a great app.
